Sweet Blood Orange Vinaigrette
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar, or agave nectar
1/4 cup juice of a blood orange
Combine all ingredients with an immersion blender. Super difficult, right?
Serve with crunchy romaine lettuce, blood orange segments, chopped celery, green onion, and slivered almonds. Or anything, really.
