This week I challenge you to give it a shot.
I’m not a vegetarian. In fact, I work for a group of grass-fed cattle ranchers for a living. However, I do believe that cutting down our intake of meat, and only eating that which is raised properly when we do, can have a profound effect on the environment.
If you, like I do, typically hit the farmer’s market on Sunday, you’re already loaded up on produce come Monday. Turn it into something awesome – and please, tell me all about it. I can’t wait to steal your ideas.
